Daniel A. Leeson knows that service is never scripted. His career began in an ice cream shop singing and goofing off for tips.  Winning over customers meant stepping into character, finding connection, and discovering the power of turning routine moments into memorable ones.

That spirit carried him into hotels and hospitality, where the stakes were higher and the lessons deeper. In late-night lobbies and high-pressure front desks, Dan learned that the same principles that drive improv theater — presence, empathy, adaptability — are the ones that turn conflict into trust and customers into loyal advocates.

Beyond hospitality, his work in immersive theater, including live shows and crowd interaction at a western theme park, further sharpened his ability to engage people in real time.
